Classifications
Classifications are one of the most fundamental tools with respect to the compilation of statistics and are intended to provide information concerning social and economic matters. The Croatian Bureau of Statistics implements a number of national and international classifications. They are regularly revised with coordinated effort of specialised institutions at national and international level within regular intervals and are adapted in line with the changes taking place in the economy and society.
