The total number of persons in employment 1.1% higher in July than in June

The total registered unemployment rate in July 2022 was 6.3%

In July 2022, the total number of persons in employment in the Republic of Croatia was 1 635 034, out of which 766 570 were women. Compared to June 2022, the total number of persons in employment as well as the number of employed women increased by 1.1%.
 
Compared to the same month of the previous year, the total number of persons in employment increased in July 2022 by 1.6% and the number of employed women by 1.8%.
 
In the period from January to July 2022, as compared to the same period of the previous year, the total number of persons in employment increased by 1.5% and the number of employed women by 1.8%.
The total number of unemployed persons increased by 3.6% and the number of unemployed women by 5.2% in July 2022, as compared to June 2022. and for women it was 7.8%. The total registeredunemployment rate in July 2022 was 6.3% and for women it was 7.8%.
