Industrial production increased in September by 2.2% compared to September 2021

It grew the most in Electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply, by as much as 6.6%

In September 2022, the working-day adjusted industrial production increased by 2.2%, as compared to September last year. Observing seasonally and working-day adjusted data, at the monthly level, the industrial production increased by 0.4%, as compared to August 2022.

According to the NKD 2007. sections, working-day adjusted industrial production increased the most in Electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply, by 6.6%, and in Manufacturing by 1.9%, while it decreased in Mining and quarrying by 6.4%.

At the end of September 2022, the total stocks of industrial finished products in the Republic of Croatia were 0.5% lower than the stocks at the end of August 2022 and 1.5% lower than the stocks at the end of September 2021.

The total number of persons employed in industry in September 2022 was 0.1% lower than in August 2022 and 0.5% lower than in September 2021.
