Industrial production in August 2025 sees a 3% increase at the annual level

The highest increase recorded in the production of Capital goods

The total seasonally and working-day adjusted industrial production in the Republic of Croatia increased by 0.1% in August 2025, as compared to July 2025. In August 2025, as compared to August 2024, working-day adjusted industrial production in the Republic of Croatia increased by 3.0%.

In August 2025, as compared to August 2024, the production of Capital goods increased by 12.6%, of Intermediate goods by 8.5% and of Non-durable consumer goods by 3.9%, while the production of Durable consumer goods decreased by 17.4% and of Energy by 8.0%.

At the end of August 2025, the total stocks of industrial finished products in the Republic of Croatia were 1.4% lower than the stocks at the end of July 2025 and 8.6% higher than the stocks at the end of August 2024.

The total number of persons employed in industry in August 2025 was 0.5% lower than in July 2025 and 2.9% lower than in August 2024.
