The total seasonally and working-day adjusted industrial production in the Republic of Croatia decreased by 3.9% in October 2024, as compared to September 2024. In October 2024, as compared to October 2023, working-day adjusted industrial production in the Republic of Croatia decreased by 2.1%.
In October 2024, as compared to October 2023, working-day adjusted industrial production decreased the most in Electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply, by 2.0%, and in Manufacturing, by 1.7%, while it increased in Mining and quarrying by 0.4%.
At the end of October 2024, the total stocks of industrial finished products in the Republic of Croatia were 1.6% higher than the stocks at the end of September 2024, whereas they were 0.9% lower than the stocks at the end of October 2023.
The total number of persons employed in industry in October 2024 was 0.1% higher than in September 2024, whereas it was 2.1% lower than in October 2023.
