The highest average net earnings paid in the activity Air transport
The average monthly paid net earnings per person in paid employment in legal entities in the Republic of Croatia for August 2024 amounted to 1 324 euro, which was nominally and really 0.7% more than in July 2024. The average monthly paid gross earnings per person in paid employment in legal entities in the Republic of Croatia for August 2024 amounted to 1 838 euro, which was nominally and really 0.9% more than in July 2024.
The highest average monthly net earnings per person in paid employment in legal entities for August 2024 were paid in the activity Air transport and amounted to 2 222 euro, while the lowest earnings were paid in the activity Manufacture of wearing apparel and amounted to 838 euro. The highest average monthly gross earnings per person in paid employment in legal entities for August 2024 were paid in the activity Air transport and amounted to 3 252 euro, while the lowest earnings were paid in the activity Manufacture of wearing apparel and amounted to 1 085 euro.
The average monthly paid net earnings per person in paid employment in legal entities in the Republic of Croatia for August 2024 were 13.8% higher in nominal terms and 11.8% higher in real terms, as compared to the same month of the previous year.
The average monthly gross earnings per person in paid employment in legal entities in the Republic of Croatia for August 2024 were 13.9% higher in nominal terms and 11.9% higher in real terms, as compared to the same month of the previous year.
The median net earnings for August 2024 amounted to 1 134 euro, which was 0.4% higher than in July 2024. As compared to the same month of the previous year, they increased by 12.9%. The median gross earnings for August 2024 amounted to 1 544 euro, which was 0.5% higher than in July 2024. As compared to the same month of the previous year, they increased by 13.2%.
