Highest increase in Manufacturing, by 2.8%
In July 2024, as compared to June 2024, the total seasonally and working-day adjusted industrial production in the Republic of Croatia increased by 8.0%, while the working-day adjusted industrial production in July 2024, as compared to July 2023, increased by 1.7%.
In July 2024, as compared to July 2023, the working-day adjusted industrial production increased the most in Manufacturing, by 2.8%, and in Electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply, by 0.4%, while it decreased in Mining and quarrying by 5.1%.
At the end of July 2024, the total stocks of industrial finished products in the Republic of Croatia were 2.2% higher than the stocks at the end of June 2024, and 6.1% lower than the stocks at the end of July 2023.
The total number of persons employed in industry in July 2024 was 0.4% lower than in June 2024, and 1.9% lower than in July 2023.
