Do you use CBS products and services? Are you satisfied with how we work? Do you believe there is room for improvement? This is the right chance for you to assess our work and provide your suggestions.

Namely, we are carrying out the User Satisfaction Survey, which would help us find out in what way and for which purpose statistical data and information we release are used as well as what is the level of satisfaction with our products and services.

This is the opportunity for you to express your opinion, provide constructive suggestions and actively participate in the improvement of our quality. We invite you to help us get an insight of your needs so we can focus on them in our work.

The Suvey is available on our website and accessible on the link. The completion of the questionnaire takes about ten minutes, and you can do it by 23 December 2022. Keep in mind that the Survey is entirely anonymous and that collected data will be used only for analysing user satisfaction.
