The prices in November 2025 increased by 3.8% at the annual level
The highest increase in the division of Housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels
In November 2025, compared to November 2024 (at the annual level), the prices of goods and services for personal consumption, measured by the consumer price index, increased by 3.8% on average, while, compared to October 2025 (at the monthly level), they increased by 0.6% on average.Observing the main divisions of the ECOICOP classification, at the annual level, the highest increase on average in consumer prices was recorded in the following divisions: Housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels, of 8.8% (contribution to the growth of +1.49 percentage points), Restaurants and hotels, of 7.3% (+0.37 percentage points), Communication, of 5.1% (+0.26 percentage points), Alcoholic beverages and tobacco, of 5.0% (+0.25 percentage points), Health, of 4.7% (+0.15 percentage points), Food and non-alcoholic beverages, of 4.0% (+1.07 percentage points), Recreation and culture, of 3.7% (+0.19 percentage points), Miscellaneous goods and services, of 3.4% (+0.22 percentage points), and Furnishings, household equipment and routine household maintenance, of 0.4% (+0.02 percentage points). The increase in the prices at the annual level was alleviated by a decrease in the prices in the divisions od Clothing and footwear, of 2.5% (contribution to the decrease of -0.17 percentage points), Education, of 1.3% (-0.01 percentage points), and Transport, of 0.1% (-0.01 percentage points).
In November 2025, compared to November 2024 (at the annual level), the prices of goods and services for personal consumption, measured by the harmonised consumer price index, increased by 4.3% on average, while, compared to October 2025 (at the monthly level), they increased by 0.3% on average.
