The average net earnings for September 2024 amounted to 1 322 euro

The highest earnings paid in the activity Air transport

The average monthly paid net earnings per person in paid employment in legal entities in the Republic of Croatia for September 2024 amounted to 1 322 euro, which represented a nominal decrease of 0.2% and a real one of 0.6%, as compared to August 2024. The average monthly gross earnings per person in paid employment in legal entities in the Republic of Croatia for September 2024 amounted to 1 829 euro, which represented a nominal decrease of 0.5% and a real one of 0.9%, as compared to August 2024.
 
The highest average monthly net earnings per person in paid employment in legal entities for September 2024 were paid in the activity Air transport and amounted to 2 139 euro, while the lowest earnings were paid in the activity Manufacture of wearing apparel and amounted to 850 euro. The highest average monthly gross earnings per person in paid employment in legal entities for September 2024 were paid in the activity Air transport and amounted to 3 118 euro, while the lowest earnings were paid in the activity Manufacture of wearing apparel and amounted to 1 100 euro.
 
The average monthly paid net earnings per person in paid employment in legal entities in the Republic of Croatia for September 2024 were 14.4% higher in nominal terms and 12.6% higher in real terms, as compared to the same month of the previous year. The average monthly gross earnings per person in paid employment in legal entities in the Republic of Croatia for September 2024 were 14.6% higher in nominal terms and 12.8% higher in real terms, as compared to the same month of the previous year.
 
The median net earnings for September 2024 amounted to 1 129 euro, which was 0.4% lower than in August 2024. As compared to the same month of the previous year, they increased by 13.1%. The median gross earnings for September 2024 amounted to 1 530 euro, which was 0.9% lower than in August 2024. As compared to the same month of the previous year, they increased by 14.1%.
