The average net earnings for August 2025 amounted to 1 446 euro

The highest monthly net earnings paid in the activity Air transport

The average monthly paid net earnings per person in paid employment in legal entities in the Republic of Croatia for August 2025 amounted to 1 446 euro, which represented a nominal increase of 0.6% and a real one of 0.5%, as compared to July 2025. The average monthly gross earnings per person in paid employment in legal entities in the Republic of Croatia for August 2025 amounted to 2 015 euro, which represented a nominal increase of 0.8% and a real one of 0.7%, as compared to July 2025.

The average monthly paid net earnings per person in paid employment in legal entities in the Republic of Croatia for August 2025 were 9.2% higher in nominal terms and 4.9% higher in real terms, as compared to the same month of the previous year. The average monthly gross earnings per person in paid employment in legal entities in the Republic of Croatia for August 2025 were 9.6% higher in nominal terms and 5.3% higher in real terms, as compared to the same month of the previous year. The highest average monthly paid net earnings per person in paid employment in legal entities for August 2025 were paid in the activity Air transport and amounted to 2 430 euro, while the lowest earnings were paid in the activity Manufacture of wearing apparel and amounted to 918 euro. The highest average monthly gross earnings per person in paid employment in legal entities for August 2025 were paid in the activity Air transport and amounted to 3 557 euro, while the lowest earnings were paid in the activity Manufacture of wearing apparel and amounted to 1 202 euro.

Median net earnings for August 2025 amounted to 1 245 euro, which was 0.3% lower than in July 2025. As compared to the same month of the previous year, they increased by 9.8%. Median gross earnings for August 2025 amounted to 1 700 euro, which was 0.1% lower than in July 2025. As compared to the same month of the previous year, they increased by 10.1%.
