The average monthly net earnings for October 2025 amounted to 1 470 euro

The highest earnings paid in the activity Air transport

For October 2025, the average monthly paid off net earnings per person in paid employment in legal entities in the Republic of Croatia amounted to 1 470 euro, which represented a nominal increase of 1.0% and a real one of 0.4%, as compared to September 2025. For October 2025, the average monthly paid off gross earnings per person in paid employment in legal entities in the Republic of Croatia amounted to 2 045 euro, which represented a nominal increase of 1.0% and a real one of 0.4%, as compared to September 2025.

The highest average monthly net earnings per person in paid employment in legal entities for October 2025 were paid in the activity Air transport and amounted to 2 397 euro, while the lowest earnings were paid in the activity Manufacture of wearing apparel and amounted to 948 euro. The highest average monthly gross earnings per person in paid employment in legal entities for October 2025 were paid in the activity Air transport and amounted to 3 499 euro, while the lowest earnings were paid in the activity Manufacture of wearing apparel and amounted to 1 247 euro.

In October 2025, there were 181 paid hours on average, which means that they increased by 4.6%, as compared to September 2025. The greatest number of paid hours was recorded in Water transport (193) and the smallest one in Social work activities without accommodation (171).
The median net earnings for October 2025 amounted to 1 281 euro, which was 1.7% higher than in September 2025. As compared to the same month of the previous year, they increased by 10.4%. The median gross earnings for October 2025 amounted to
1 747 euro, which was 1.7% higher than in September 2025. As compared to the same month of the previous year, they increased by 10.9%.
