The average monthly net earnings for November 2025 amounted to 1 498 euro

Median net earnings amounted to 1 278 euro

The average monthly paid net earnings per person in paid employment in legal entities in the Republic of Croatia for November 2025 amounted to 1 498 euro, which represented a nominal increase of 1.9% and a real one of 1.3%, as compared to October 2025. The average monthly gross earnings per person in paid employment in legal entities in the Republic of Croatia for November 2025 amounted to 2 093 euro, which represented a nominal increase of 2.3% and a real one of 1.7%, as compared to October 2025.

The average monthly paid net earnings per person in paid employment in legal entities in the Republic of Croatia for November 2025 were 9.7% higher in nominal terms and 5.7% higher in real terms, as compared to the same month of the previous year. The average monthly gross earnings per person in paid employment in legal entities in the Republic of Croatia for November 2025 were 10.2% higher in nominal terms and 6.2% higher in real terms, as compared to the same month of the previous year. The highest average monthly paid net earnings per person in paid employment in legal entities for November 2025 were paid in the activity Air transport and amounted to 2 315 euro, while the lowest earnings were paid in the activity Manufacture of wearing apparel and amounted to 967 euro. The highest average monthly gross earnings per person in paid employment in legal entities for November 2025 were paid in the activity Air transport and amounted to 3 370 euro, while the lowest earnings were paid in the activity Manufacture of wearing apparel and amounted to 1 277 euro.

Median net earnings for November 2025 amounted to 1 278 euro, which was 0.2% lower than in October 2025. As compared to the same month of the previous year, they increased by 10.0%. Median gross earnings for November 2025 amounted to 1 744 euro, which was 0.2% lower than in October 2025. As compared to the same month of the previous year, they increased by 10.5%.
