Do you use the CBS products and services? Are you satisfied with our work? Do you think there is room for improvement? Now is the perfect opportunity to evaluate our work and provide your suggestions.

The Croatian Bureau of Statistics is conducting the User Satisfaction Survey again this year. It is important to us to know how and for what purpose you, our users, use the statistical data and information we publish, and how satisfied you are with our products and services in general.
It is an opportunity for you to express your opinion, provide constructive suggestions and actively participate in improving our quality. We invite you to help us get an insight into your needs in order to focus our work on them.

The Survey is available on our website and you can access it via the link. It takes only about ten minutes to fill out the questionnaire, and you can do it until 30 December 2025. Participation in the Survey is anonymous, and the collected answers will be used exclusively for user satisfaction analysis.
