Study visit to statistical institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina

The study visit took place in Sarajevo on 19 and 20 September 2022, in order to exchange experiences and improve the statistical system of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as to continue successful cooperation.

Lidija Brković, the Director General of the Croatian Bureau of Statistics, Marcela Gracin Fagač, the Director of the Financial and Procurement Directorate, and Marija Kamenski, the Head of the International Relations Department, participated in a study visit to statistical institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The study visit took place in Sarajevo on 19 and 20 September 2022, in order to exchange experiences and improve the statistical system of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as to continue successful cooperation. The representatives of statistical institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina during the study visit were Vesna Ćužić, Director of the Agency for Statistics of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Radmila Čičković, Deputy Director of the Agency for Statistics of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Emir Kremić, Director of the Federal Office for Statistics of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Dijana Simanić, Assistant Director of the Cabinet of the Federal Office for Statistics of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Radosav Savanović, Deputy Director of the Republic of Srpska Institute of Statistics.

The topics discussed were experiences in conducting the 2021 Population Census and using administrative data sources, as well as experiences in harmonising national statistical systems with the European Statistical System.
