Number of persons in employment in November 2023 decreased by 0.6% compared to the previous month

Registered unemployment rate stood at 6.4%

In November 2023, the total number of persons in employment in the Republic of Croatia was 1 657 239, out of which 771 876 were women. Compared to October 2023, the total number of persons in employment decreased by 0.6% and the number of employed women by 0.7%. Compared to the same month of the previous year, the total number of persons in employment increased in November 2023 by 1.8% and the number of employed women by 1.6%.

The number of unemployed persons as well as the number of unemployed women increased by 3.1% in November 2023 as compared to October 2023.

The registered unemployment rate in November 2023 was 6.4% and for women it was 7.8%.
