Industrial production in July increased by 2.9% compared to July 2021

The greatest increase was recorded in Electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply, while the greatest decrease was recorded in Mining and quarrying

The industrial production, working-day adjusted, increased by 2.9% in July 2022 compared to July of the previous year. Viewed by seasonally and working-day adjusted data, at the monthly level, the industrial production decreased by 1.9% compared to June 2022.

According to NKD 2007. sections, the industrial production, working-day adjusted, increased the most in Electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply, by 14.0%, while it decreased the most in Mining and quarrying, by 6.6%.

At the end of July 2022, the total stocks of industrial finished products in the Republic of Croatia were 1.7% lower than the stocks at the end of June 2022 and 1.0% lower than the stocks at the end of July 2021.

The total number of persons employed in industry in July 2022 was 0.2% higher than in June 2022 and 0.3% lower than in July 2021.
