Industrial production in April decreased by 1.3% compared to April 2021

Total stocks of industrial finished products 4.9% higher at the end of April 2022 than the socks at the end of March 2022

The industrial production, working-day adjusted, decreased by 1.3% in April 2022 compared to April of the previous year. Viewed by seasonally and working-day adjusted data at the monthly level, the industrial production decreased by 1.5% compared to March 2022.

According to NKD 2007. sections, the industrial production, working-day adjusted, decreased the most in Mining and quarrying, by 7.1%, and in Manufacturing, by 2.0%, while in Electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply it increased by 2.6%.

At the end of April 2022, the total stocks of industrial finished products in the Republic of Croatia were 4.9% higher than the stocks at the end of March 2022 and 7.3% lower than the stocks at the end of April 2021.

The total number of persons employed in industry in April 2022 was 0.1% higher than in March 2022 and 2.0% lower than in April 2021.
