In the second quarter of 2026, the GDP in real terms increased by 1.7% as compared to the same quarter of 2025.The first estimate shows that the quarterly gross value added (GVA) increased in real terms by 1.6% in the second quarter of 2026, as compared to the same quarter of 2025, based on non-adjusted data.
The household expenditure increased in real terms by 0.5% in the second quarter of 2026, influenced by stable labour market developments and the turnover generated by service activities.
In the second quarter of 2026, the general government expenditure increased in real terms by 2.0% compared to the same period of the previous year.
In the second quarter of 2026, the exports of goods and services increased in real terms by 3.0%, and the imports of goods and services by 3.4%.
