In June 2024, the total number of persons in employment were 2.0% higher than in the previous month

The total registered unemployment rate reached 4.7%
 

In June 2024, the total number of persons in employment in the Republic of Croatia was 1 722 892, out of which 801 768 were women. Compared to May 2024, the total number of persons in employment increased by 2.0% and the number of employed women by 2.2%.
 
Compared to the same month of the previous year, the total number of persons in employment increased in June 2024 by 2.2% and the number of employed women by 1.8%.
 
The total number of unemployed persons increased by 3.9% and the number of unemployed women by 3.2% in June 2024, as compared to May 2024. The total registered unemployment rate in June 2024 was 4.7% and for women it was 5.6%.
