The total industrial production, working-day adjusted, decreased by 3.7% in June 2024, as compared to May 2024. The industrial production, working-day adjusted, decreased by 8.3% in June 2024, as compared to June 2023.

In June 2024, as compared to May 2024, the production of Durable consumer goods decreased by 11.0%, of Non-durable consumer goods by 6.9%, of Energy by 6.3% and of Capital goods by 6.2%, while the production of Intermediate goods increased by 3.1%.

In June 2024, as compared to June 2023, the production of Durable consumer goods decreased by 16.0%, of Energy by 14.2%, of Capital goods by 12.6%, of Non-durable consumer goods by 6.5% and of Intermediate goods by 3.5%.

The total number of persons employed in industry in June 2024 remained unchanged compared to May 2024 and decreased by 2.1% compared to June 2023.
