In June 2023, the total number of persons in employment increased by 1.4% compared to the month before

The total registered unemployment rate reaches 5.6%

In June 2023, the total number of persons in employment in the Republic of Croatia was 1 657 680, out of which 777 926 were women.

Compared to May 2023, the total number of persons in employment increased by 1.4% and the number of employed women by 1.5%. Compared to the same month of the previous year, the total number of persons in employment increased in June 2023 by 1.1% and the number of employed women by 1.5%. In the period from January to June 2023, as compared to the same period of the previous year, the total number of persons in employment increased by 1.0% and the number of employed women by 1.3%.

The total number of unemployed persons increased by 1.0% and the number of unemployed women by 4.7% in June 2023, as compared to May 2023.

The total registered unemployment rate in June 2023 was 5.6% and for women it was 6.8%.
