Delegation of the Croatian Bureau of Statistics shares experiences on successfully conducted third round of peer review

As part of the regional cooperation among statistical institutions, the Agency for Statistics of Bosnia and Herzegovina organised a study visit of the delegation of the Croatian Bureau of Statistics, which took place in Sarajevo on 3 and 4 October 2023.

The aim of the study visit was to share experiences on the successfully conducted third round of the peer review aimed at assessing the compliance of the statistical system of the Republic of Croatia with the European Statistics Code of Practice, which was held in the first half of 2023.

Lidija Brković, the Director General of the Croatian Bureau of Statistics, Nada Pejić, the Director of Human Resources, Legal and General Affairs Directorate, and Mario Vlajčević, the Head of Crime Administration System and Social Protection Statistics Department, who is also the coordinator of the third round of peer review, shared experiences of the Croatian Bureau of Statistics related to the self-assessment process as well as the preparation and realisation of the visit of the peer review expert team to the Croatian Bureau of Statistics.
