A time of new beginnings, positive energy and togetherness - all of this is tied to Easter, a holiday that comes after 40 days of reflection and spiritual preparation. It is an opportunity to slow down, spend more time with family and friends, and bring a little more warmth and optimism into everyday life. At the same time, we remind ourselves of how important small gestures of attention, support and kindness are for the community in which we live, not only private but also the one in which we work.

This year, Easter falls right at the end of the first quarter and the beginning of the second quarter. It is a good time to reflect on what we have done well and what we can do better. In this way, we can enter the upcoming period with new energy, the one that is tied to a new awakening and spring, full of gratitude and trust. It is good to keep in mind that good cooperation and unity, as well as quality and stable relationships, are the foundation of long‑term success.

And the success of the Croatian Bureau of Statistics is continuously contributed to by all our partners, reporting units that are dedicated to making their important contribution to the production of quality data, users who actively use data every day for decision-making and proper information, teachers and students who build new knowledge and thus brighten the future of the community, and, of course, our employees who work hard all year round to make our products and services as high-quality as possible.
