Call for abstracts for the 12th European Conference on Quality in Official Statistics

Submission deadline on 7 January 2026

The Croatian Bureau of Statistics, in cooperation with Eurostat, is organising the 12th European Conference on Quality in Official Statistics (Q2026) on the theme "Official Statistics: Enhancing Trust, Shaping the Future", which will take place from 3 to 5 June 2026 in Šibenik.

The Q2026 conference will bring together statisticians, researchers and experts from various fields to explore the latest trends and find answers to key challenges that official statistics is currently facing.

The programme of the conference will focus on three main topics: exploring institutional frameworks for quality management in official statistics; new trends and challenges for quality in official statistics; and quality as a basis for creating and maintaining trust of users.

With this in mind, we invite all interested authors to submit abstracts of their papers no later than 7 January 2026 via the online form available on the official Q2026 website, and thereby contribute to improving the quality of official statistics.

The official language of the conference is English; therefore, all papers should be submitted in English.
