Average net earnings amounted to 1 340 euro in October 2024

The highest earnings paid in the activity Air transport

The average monthly paid net earnings per person in paid employment in legal entities in the Republic of Croatia for October 2024 amounted to 1 340 euro, which represented a nominal increase of 1.4% and a real increase of 0.3%, as compared to September 2024. The average monthly gross earnings per person in paid employment in legal entities in the Republic of Croatia for October 2024 amounted to 1 855 euro, which represented a nominal increase of 1.4% and a real increase of 0.3%, as compared to September 2024.

The highest average monthly paid net earnings per person in paid employment in legal entities for October 2024 were paid in the activity Air transport and amounted to 2 206 euro, while the lowest earnings were paid in the activity Manufacture of wearing apparel and amounted to 863 euro. The highest average monthly gross earnings per person in paid employment in legal entities for October 2024 were paid in the activity Air transport and amounted to 3 228 euro, while the lowest earnings were paid in the activity Manufacture of wearing apparel and amounted to 1 123 euro.

The average monthly paid net earnings per person in paid employment in legal entities in the Republic of Croatia for October 2024 were 13.8% higher in nominal terms and 11.4% higher in real terms, as compared to the same month of the previous year. The average monthly gross earnings per person in paid employment in legal entities in the Republic of Croatia for October 2024 were 13.8% higher in nominal terms and 11.4% higher in real terms, as compared to the same month of the previous year.

Median net earnings for October 2024 amounted to 1 160 euro, which was 2.7% higher than in September 2024. As compared to the same month of the previous year, they increased by 14.4%. Median gross earnings for October 2024 amounted to 1 575 euro, which was 2.9% higher than in September 2024. As compared to the same month of the previous year, they increased by 14.5%.
