Average monthly net earnings for September 2025 amounted to 1 456 euro

The average monthly paid net earnings per person in paid employment in legal entities in the Republic of Croatia for September 2025 amounted to 1 456 euro, which represented a nominal increase of 0.7% and a real one of 0.3%, as compared to August 2025. The average monthly gross earnings per person in paid employment in legal entities in the Republic of Croatia for September 2025 amounted to 2 025 euro, which represented a nominal increase of 0.5% and a real one of 0.1%, as compared to August 2025.

The average monthly paid net earnings per person in paid employment in legal entities in the Republic of Croatia for September 2025 were 10.1% higher in nominal terms and 5.7% higher in real terms, as compared to the same month of the previous year. The average monthly gross earnings per person in paid employment in legal entities in the Republic of Croatia for September 2025 were 10.7% higher in nominal terms and 6.2% higher in real terms, as compared to the same month of the previous year. The highest average monthly paid net earnings per person in paid employment in legal entities for September 2025 were paid in the activity Air transport again and amounted to 2 409 euro, while the lowest earnings were paid in the activity Manufacture of wearing apparel and amounted to 936 euro. The highest average monthly gross earnings per person in paid employment in legal entities for September 2025 were paid in the activity Air transport and amounted to 3 520 euro, while the lowest earnings were paid in the activity Manufacture of wearing apparel and amounted to 1 227 euro.

Median net earnings for September 2025 amounted to 1 260 euro, which was 1.2% higher than in August 2025. As compared to the same month of the previous year, they increased by 11.6%. Median gross earnings for September 2025 amounted to 1 718 euro, which was 1.1% higher than in August 2025. As compared to the same month of the previous year, they increased by 12.3%.
